Incorrect Medical Tax certificate 2017_2018 ref 250718QXWNGS

My Tax certificate is +17 000 less for the current tax season compared to the previous Tax season my medical expenses have Increased or remain the Same. Bonitas has Failed to provide and explanation WHY. My tax practitioner has confirmed the Tax certificate is wrong based on the previous few years tax Certificate. People must carefully examine as it affects Tax returns.
