Incorrect levies deducted and benefit canceled.

This is now my second review on the ill administration at Bonitas medical aid. Two weeks ago I submitted a review on how the medical aid deducted more than what they were supposed to from my mother's pension. In this saying they informed us that problem has been resolved. However they now have canceled my mother's benefits she cannot use her medical aid. She is a pensioner with little disposable income, first they took money which was not rightfully theirs, deducted her benefit payment for the period and then only to cancel her benefits, she was unable to get medicine today at the pharmacy. What will they do if said something happens to her today and she needs to be admitted. This is not how a medical aid should operate. This problem has been ongoing since December with the administration not doing what they are supposed to be doing.
