Incorrect deduction & no communication

It is sad to say but Bonitas is not a shadow of what it was a few years ago when it was still worthwhile to join. No communication and incompetency is proudly their new slogan. Bonitas deducted on the 2/2/15 money for a member that was not with the medical aid anymore. I phoned 3 times to call centre and spend a lot of time on the phone. They either can't get hold of the credit controller or the controller will refund the money but *********** and useless Bonitas deliver no results to the client and closed the queries every time. I tried a different approach and email them with proof of overpayment but there is no reaction and communication from their side....a total unwillingness to correct their fault and refund my money that they stole. If Bonitas don't contact me soon I will go to the ombudsman. I got at least an auto generated reference. The lack of customer care is a pure sign that they obviously don't need more members and I consider leaving as soon as I get my money that they stole.
