Incorrect Calculation highly annoyed

Good Morning, im not impressed with the services im receiving from bonitas. Its quite irritating that i receive an sms and email almost every month telling me my account will be suspended due to moneys owe. This is a waste of my time holding on for the consultant and then emailing through proof of payments!!!!! all the time. i just spoke to the consultant *** he advised me that i R607 - for what exactly??then i ask him what my contributions are and he says R1573 that they received the payment on the 26 Jan of R1090 so i still owe them R607?What R1573 - R1090 = R483 which was also PAID 4 February. Can some please get back to me sms and the rate this is going i feel like changing my flipping medical aid. Pathetic i tell you when your accounts department cant calculate!!!!
