Incorrect billing

Very disappointed and disgusted with the finance department on how they can incorrectly take your money and then you have to beg them to return it. My wife signed up with Bonitas and the debit would come off my bank account, they billed me the incorrect amount at which my wife immediately cancelled. They are due to pay my installment back for January. It is now February and they still havent paid me back after I made several calls week after week, every week is a different excuse. I will not recommend Bonitas to anyone. You now have a very bad reputation.
