Incorrect Accumulated funds

I had a query regarding my accumulated funds from last year as I am in disagreement with the amount. To clear things up, I requested a statement of my claims from 2019 so that I can see how much funds I used and how much should have been left. I called the call centre and you keep sending me members statements. All this shows is how many members were active for each month. How dificult can this be? Can you show me how you get to the accumulated funds amount.
