INCOMPUTENT STAFF
WHAT A USELESS LOT I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. EVERY YEAR BONCAP NEED A INCOME VERIFICATION I SUBMITTED THE 1ST ON 27/10 /2024.OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS ON 15/11/2024 THIS WAS NOT NESSESARY BECOUSE I SENT THEM PROOF OF INCOME. ON 27/10.NOW THEY WANT THE VERIFICATION DOCUMENT AGAIN. GEE I HAVE SENT IT 4 TIMES.??????? I HAVE SENT 7 EMAILS . IF THE DOCUMENTS ARE NOT IN I WILL BE PENALLISED WITH A HIGHER TERIFF.
