*********** theives!!!

First they allocate my fathers payments to someone else and suspend his medical aid every month ,his chronic medication stops being delivered , his optical benefits gets suspended, so he has to pay cash all the while still paying the fee.. I fight every month and send proof of payment and still every month repeats itself.. then after posting my first hello peter complaint I get told it has been resolved.. I then change the debit dates to suit Bonitas and now the 1st opportunity they get they mess up again!! they have now debited my father for 4 Months arrears even though I sent proof of payments to show Zero outstanding balances , they took every cent of this pension INCORRECTLY AGAIN!! so now I have had to miss work for 2 days trying to get the monies reversed , and during this covid time its no work no pay , so not only has this affected and stressed out my old man its now affected my pocket too!! I really would not recommend this medical aid to any one! they are so *********** and they take money that doesn't belong to them!!!
