I am so disgusted in Bonita’s Medical Aid. I was booked into hospital on an emergency. Today I receive a message for a outstanding payment that was not paid. So I contacted Bonita’s only for them to give me incorrect information that the hospital must send a PMB review. So I contacted the hospital and they advised they don’t do that the PMB review must come from Bonita’s case manager. Now you tell me in the condition I am in do I really need this stress and incompetence. I am totally disgusted and want this matter sorted.
