I have a problem with Bonitas. So I was hospitalized a month ago, I then recieved a bill from Lancet. I called Bonitas medical aid fund to find out why the bill at Lancet was not settled. Their response was that they needed motivational letters and results from my Dr of which I sent. Today am still receiving massages from Lancet that I still owe them. I have been going back and forth spending airtime and sending timeless emails to both Bonitas and Lancet but no one is helping me and am scared that the account will be moved to lawyers. Please kindly assist as this is now adding to my depression and anxiety.

Months later and yet my issue hasn't been resolved at all, actually it from bad to worse as my account with Lancet has been handed over to debt collectors. What's worse is that you mentioned that I haven't heard feedback from the investigation that you claim you would conduct. Bonitas medical aid should be taken to the medical aid ombudsman. So disappointed at this scheme. 😞
