Incompetency

It’s a pity I cannot give half a star but the level of service I have been getting is just not nice I joined your medical aid feb but asked for it to be active March I was assisted by one of your brokers named Deonisa I do not know whether she did not explain everything to me or what but I was never told since my medical aid was active on d first of March I was supposed to make a payment I even explained to the broker when I joined that I am paid every 25th of the month she said that was ok they are going to deduct than the 3116 I am paying on my pay day 6232 was deducted from my account I called in palesa picked up she told me I was supposed to pay when I joined how if I may ask was so angry n told her it’s better I cancel the medical aid infact she said sorry and sent me cancellation form of which maybe I should have cancelled it dan she didn’t even care to even assist me further regarding my query she told me she is sorry she saw it was not communicated that they were going to deduct 6232 I mean I did not budget to pay that amount I have my child school fees to pay so I reversed one payment and sent another one via eft today I received an email saying my account has been suspended really how ever since I joined this it has been one issue after another I eventually called the broker that helped me she also said she doesn’t understand why was 6000 deducted from my account I should reverse one I’ve been with discovery I have never received such issues and sorry doesn’t help
