Incompetence personified

This is now my third negative review of this *********** pharmacy partner. I have sent numerous emails, to request a new medication for my Dad's diabetes, as he was previously on Metformin, and due to a change is his body's tolerance, his doctor has adjusted his prescription to now include Galvus instead of Metformin. I have sent this new script to Marara pharmacy and Boncap, which was rejected, and thereafter requested to get a motivation letter from the doctor for the change, which has also not been adhered to by Marara pharmacy and Boncap. Short of any further action I will soon be reporting this reprehensible and *********** service to the OHSC!!!
