Incompetence
Bonitas changed their designated pharmacy from Pharmacy Direct to Marara Pharmacy. So I submitted my script to Marara & they tell me there’s a 40% copayment as they are not the designated pharmacy. I then send the script to previous designated pharmacy & they tell me they sent the script back to Marara as per Bonitas instructions. Can Bonitas advised who the hell is the designated pharmacy for contraceptives as I’m being sent pillar to post & no response to emails
