INCOMPETANT AND JUST PLAIN RIPOFF

These dumbasses took over Liberty medical aid. What a shlep to get everything registered! Then my wife wanted to move from one option to another. Nightmare!!! After about 7 emails ( everytime they have not received some of the sent paperwork) and a call to a supervisor the plan was finally changed. But behold a letter dated 14 December 2017 (received only today 12 January 2018) states that the premium for the lower option costs exactly the same as the more expensive option and that the debit order will be deducted on 1 January 2018. None of the above information was e-mailed to her and she was not informed about this. If you are looking for a medical aid NEVER EVER consider Bonitas.
