Income verification refund outstanding, no response to emails

Good day, I submitted income verification before the deadline last year. In January 2026, contribution was automatically hiked to the highest contribution. I reached out and Bonitas emailed me 07/01/2026 - telling me to resend the verification and they can then update the verification and then the case can be sent to credit control for a refund for the Jan overcharge. 12/01/2026 - I emailed Bonitas with the updated documents and requested a refund. 23/01/2026 - I tried calling 4 times and the line cuts off after I select the Boncap option. 23/01/2026 - I follow up with an email . It is unfair that Bonitas said they would refund me and there has been no feedback and I have no guarantee that the Feb contribution will also not be the high incorrect contribution. Please can someone help me with the query urgently.
