Income Verification Query

I wrote to hellopeter regarding the problem I am facing with Bonitas. I have sent and contacted Bonitas more than 40 times since November and mostly in January. I have written Hellopeter without any success. The issue remain the despite the fact that i reveive different responses and bad attitude. I have asked a petinent question about the process instead I get a computer generated response not addressing the process. My mother remain without medical aid despite that i have paid and they have increased the contribution to 3 times of what my mother earns to R3900 from R1200 and my mother earns a government grant of R1700. <br> <br> They did not communicate that affidavits are no longer accepted as a form of income confirmation which has been a procedure for the past 7years, when i ask them they have not responded.<br> <br> I have been communicating with bonitas since Nov 2015 without any response or success. I have written to them showing a history of communication and their lack of communication but instead they respond with a computer generated response.<br> <br> I have requested details of the appeal process without success. The communique i receive is addressed to a different person.<br> <br> It s scary
