Income Verification Ping Pong

I am writing to hellopeter hoping this matter will be taken serious. I have been submitting the income verification for my mother to Bonitas, she is a member of Boncap. She is a pensioner (Government Grant), I submitted an affidavit that she earn R1400 a month with is regulator. The lady Raylene send me an email requesting a pension statement (I am not sure where do you get a statement if you receive a grant). My mother has stroke and she is diabetic, she is old. A victim of apartheid, they were not allowed to be members of the medical aid. She cannot walk properly and less educated. So where on earth is she going to get a pension statement?

Secondly the information was requested last year. The other issue the email is addressed to Miss Kunene instead of my mother, meaning they are not even reading the email I sent them. I explained in the email the situation and I have been sending the email repeatedly. They are now charging her R3800, 200% more than what she earns!! I find this discriminatory and unfair.

Medical aid has been suspended and she cannot receive her chronic medication mind you she is diabetic (I suppose she is black and her life is cheap). I am hope for some sanity
