Income Verification Dept.Labour not Coorporative

My mother Boniswa Merriam Molisi Medical Aid number *** has been with Bonitas for number of years.I'm a financial sponsor of my mothers medical aid,annually I assist her to file or submit her Income Verification documents & for the past years we never encountered submission 7 confirmation problems.Bonitas has introduce new requirement whereby members are expected to acquire \Letter of Confirmation of Unemployment"from Deparment of Labour. My mother has in numerous occassions attempted to get the letter unfortunatetly Dept. of Labour in Welkom where my mother residents is not willing to issue such letter due to \""******* and misuse of the letter.I have subsequently wrote a letter to Bonitas explaining the situation and contact details of the Dept Labour Branch Manager were stated.This was done to let Bonitas to confirm what has been explained to my mother & also for Bonitas to intervene as I believe Bonitas has a responsibility/relationship with department. What's irritating is none response from Credit Control dept"
