Income Verification

I sent Bonitas 3 months of bank statements together with an affidavit. Now they want me to get a form from SARS and an additional report from an accounting officer. I cannot afford an accounting officer and based on my income i do not qualify for paying tax. Can they not read bank statements? They increased my monthly contribution to the max, my debit order was declined because i do not have the funds. What am i supposed to do??
