INABILITY OF BONITAS TO MAIL MY MEDICAL AID CARD!!
Membership suspensions and medical aid card that cannot be sent to me has costed me so much money . I buy medication from my own pocket yet I have a medical aid that I pay for every month . Their app has been down since last year so I cannot use a virtual card !!! I’ve called several times for my medical aid card to be mailed to me , what kind of service is this ? I am getting ********** by this medical aid !!!
