In competent Bonitas!!

Bonitas activated my membership with a different non related stranger, and have me a late joiner even though I provided proof of me membership. I sent them emails to cancel and complain. No response. I tried calling them, they had no clue as to what to do. I'm was referred to agent to agent. They even went ahead and debited me with a huge premium. Disgusting service! Cancel this *** immediately and refund me!
