IMMEDIATE RESPONSE
On 2015-01-29 I've phone the scheme to ask for a letter confirming my membership. THABO MALULEKA answered my call and within 5 minutes I received an e-mail stating exactly what I asked. It is really appreciated to see someone so dedicated in keeping the customer happy.
