******* deduction and no refund

It is the 2nd time this year that Bonitas deduct extra money from my account. Such a sick habit. Last time it was only given back after I complain here. I have tried to resolve the resent problem with the unauthorised deduction of R1800 by phone and email. I am not allowed to speak to the finance staff and the answer I got is that I am in arrears. I'm am not, and waiting for the proof but will not get it because there is no proof. Bonitas got actually overpaid by Liberty and when Liberty asked the extra money back they took it *******ly without warning from me. I have all my statements to proof that I do not owe Bonitas but WHERE IS YOUR STATEMENT OF PROOF??? I am now sick and tired of waiting and if my problem is not being resolved fast I will join another medical fund and get the money in any way back with help of the ombudsman. Looking through the complaints I'm not the only 1 with this problem. Is Bonitas in financial trouble or are they collecting money from the members for Christmas lunch?
