Ignoring my requests. No communication with partners.

<p>I made a previous complaint which was resolved by Bonitas, but they are refusing to assist me by correcting the issue with their debt collectors (even after I mailed them multiple times requesting to do so, just as they promised via our phone conversation).</p> <p> </p> <p>I am escalating this to the CPA if they don't resolve this by the end of this week.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is simple. Call Credit Works, tell them what you told me and that there is no outstanding debt.</p> <p> </p> <p>I blocked Credit Works' number because they have no internal communication nor any history of any communication that occurred with me. I have phone recordings of multiple instances where I told them to speak to Bonitas.</p> <p> </p> <p>Duncan (the manager from Credit Works) has about 4 escalated queries from me which he did not even bat an eye on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Email me sooner than possible, you have my email address.</p>
