IGNORING EMAIL

My husband mr CPA Robertson went on early retirement on: 31 July 2015. His medical aid at Bonitas was then stopped and we could also not make use of the funds. Only when I went to the chemist for medication, I discovered that our medical aid was terminated. I made a couple of phone calls to the call centre and try to reinstate the medical. I was told to pay and amount of R3218.20 but only R1759.26 was refunded. I asked them why, they never came back to me. We did not make use of the medical aid since the termination and yet they claim that we are in arrears. How's that? When we joined for the first time, we had to wait for 3 months before we could make use of the funds. Please, members don't just take things for granted. They are ripping us all the time.
