If your circumstances change, don't think you can easily switch to a different plan.

Please note that once you sign up with Bonitas, you cannot change your plan until the end of the year. They say if you can "prove" why you can no longer afford the current plan, then you can change but that involves sending bank statements, a monthly expenses breakdown etc. My point is, that if you could afford the current plan...surely you would keep it... would they rather loose a customer completely than let them drop to a lower plan? Stupid business sense!
