Honestly using this medical aid is one horrific experience ever. I changed my option to Bonstart plus simply because it is a cheaper option coz this medical aid prices are ridiculously sky high compared to their claim paying ratio!!! I wish ur services like using ur WA platform could be as swift as how high ur premiums are!

After I think I have seen it all, u tell me to do an online wellness screening using ur App and I cannot even login to the damn thing!

Scenario: I'm on the app, I click get started Wants a membership number and ben code

Then it want's me to sign in or register When I sign in with my previous online credentials the damn thing takes me back to the starting page

When I register it wants my membership number I enter then it takes me to where I either login or register page

So basically going in circles!!!

Then what happens next is I go consult and then you dnt pay as usual. If it wasn't because of this medical aid being compulsory from my employer I would have left a long time ago because u r taking my money for nothing nje! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
