If you break something dont rely on Bonita's

I belong to Bonitas Boncap option. I had a bad accident 3 years back and by the grace of God A SURGEON saved my knee to the wellness it is today. A month ago I fell down the stairs and landed on my knee caps, my hands did not block the blow it was full-force.3 weeks later I woke up with pain thinking it was a bad day, 2 days ago I phoned bonitas asking what I should do in seeing a sports doctor like I did the first time... I made an appointment with my gp and urgently had my leg attended too. A knee is a very serious issue and anything can happen while popping/dislocating and of course more damage can happen walking on it full weight. 3 DAYS down the line I am emailing requests left right and centre, spent 6 hours begging for quotes and fighting with people who dare refer a cheap brace while others are sending me proper quality quotes. Now when I phoned to say please there is an urgency in this i was told it was too soon it can take up to 5 days. 5 days walking on this knee, total can be 8 days by the time I get FEEDBACK. Then to top it off I can not go and buy one from the orthopaedics directly because medical aid might not accept the quote. This is my health at stake!!
