If I were dying, I'd be dead and Bonitas would be the ******er
Bonitas claims continues to **** clients. Rejecting claims for reasons even they don't know. All they have taught their consultants is to say they are escalating your query then nothing gets done. My claim for medication prescribed by my doctor has been rejected twice and no one at Bonitas can tell me why. If you can, look for medical aid elsewhere. If dealing with *********** staff of Bonitas doesn't kill you, the lack of Treatment will.

06 Oct 2023, 14:42I just received the most ridiculous response to this query that further proves the incompetence of Bonitas staff. The response reads "please be advised that the claim for Microval tablets from Pharmacy Direct, dated 29/09/2023 and 03/10/2023, has been rejected. Kindly note that this treatment conflicts with the claim from Dr Rene Van As, dated 14/12/2020 for IUD Nova T 380".
Please tell me how this is possible when the iud was removed in July 2022 and from December 2022, Bonitas has paid for my prenatal consultation. Further more on 14 July 2023, Bonitas paid for me to have a C-section to have my child. How can I have an iud and give birth at the same time? Either my gynae is an idiot and I'm imagining having a 3 month old child or Bonitas is full of ****. This is honestly the most ridiculous nonsense I've ever seen.
