I will not advise anyone who is interested in joining bonitas rather look for other medical aid
Very bad service and been treated unfair, I have been waiting for the approval of my pre authorisation for more than a month now....every time when I do follow up they told me that I need to go for some test which is they're just buying time and making me frustrated.
