I was supposed to be admitted for the hip replacement on the 7th of June after a lengthy process of getting the approval only to be told on Friday that we need to start afresh the whole process because now they were under new administration of which don'
Unprofessional and uncalled for behavior from Bonitas and getting hold of them is a challenge
