I want my refund back since October 2015

After over 7 years of being with the scheme, I'm very disappointed in the manner in which my query is being handled. I have been moved from pillar to post in an attempt to get money that was due to me. Since last year I have made an average of 10 calls to your scheme and to date I have not received a dime. <br> <br> This week it was exaggerated to an extent that I was promised by Tatyam that my money will be in my account this morning, and there was nothing. I have called several times and apparently a Sheryl whose suppose to be deal with my query but does not pick up my call. <br> <br> Should I not get a response on this matter, I will pursue it further, this is just disgusting service from a corporation of this magnitude.<br> <br>
