I want my money back

Its been 4 months complaining to Boncap departments and they still deducted money from my payslip and I've already briefed my legal team the amount which is being deducted into my account whereas they **** that they refunded me within 24 hours but none of them did gave me my money. I urge now to talk with any superior with regards of unresolved matter in asap. I was called by 1 of the agent from Bonitas boncap option telling me I have no power against them and I will eventually loose it because I don't take things seriously.... now I want people to know what kind of medical aid is bonitas, they promised to call back but they don't and also require my refund they tell me I have no power against them and im asking myself what kind of questions is that, how can I have no power against my money? I've taken this situation to high supreme court, you'll be hearing from my attorney soon and I will deadly for sure take this issue to social media and I will personally expose the conversation that they sent to my email, I had enough now its time I bring justice and surely it will be rectified soon to bonitas medical aid... Last and foremost I will take this issue to local newspaper...
