I terminated my membership end of May
I terminated my membership end of May. They sent me a sms to say they owe me R800 that is in savings acc. I sent them Banking details.22nd July they sent me a statement thatbI owe them R4031.69. I phoned them and asked for spesified statement because they just said Claims debt. They keep on phoning and threatening me with monthly interestvon amount but I dont know what and how there outstanding debts. I paid more than R5000 monthly. Last procedure was in August 2023 at Eye Institute. I had no doctor visits after 31 st May. I feel I need to know whatvthey want me to pay! Please hekp me. I am a Transnet Pensioner and cant pay for something that I dont know.🙏🏻
