I regret moving to Bonitas worst decision ever

Bonitas is the worst it medical aid ever they did this huge amazing presentation telling me that if you go to hospital your bills will be charged under the hospital plan the unfortunate happened I landed in hospital now they not paying I'm really upset when I call them know one knows what's going on I regret the day I joined them.

Called Bonita's medical customer center spoke to a guy by the name of Jestine or whatever be said they call me before end of business day but no one called I need this to be fixed. On the presentation they said the hospital funds are unlimited now this.... Seriously
