I OWE YOU NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a member for 12 years. Late last year I followed the downgrade process from Standard Select to Bonprime to be effective 01 January 2026. Bonitas promptly backdated my downgrade by a year and reversed claims to the amount of R32000. I eventually got the issue resolved (I though) and a corrected membership certificate BUT I have now received a threatening letter that my membership will be suspended as I owe them R32000. Another hour on the phone, feedback promised within 3 days. Nothing. Bonitas, if you suspend my membership and my child or I are denied medical care because of your administrative incompetence, all hell will be loose, I promise you that. ***
