I need my spectacles
On the 28/10/2024 i complained about the bill from Osman"a optical, that was not paid in full but i have enough savings . They told me they are investigating, last week i received email that the money is paid in full. Today 12/11/2024 i received a call from Osman's optical telling me my glasses are ready but i have to pay the outstanding of R1500. Im totally confused who is laying here. What is the motive behind. I cant get my glasses my eyes are getting worse. But i have many on my savings . Where are they going to take the balance to.

Why cant you pay blue lences , i have enough money . What is yhe valid reason. Now im struggling with my eyes. It looks like you dont care.
