I need my spectacles
Im a member of Bonitas schem for three years now. I dont use my medical aid alot. But what i received on the 28/10/2024 is not good. I visited Osman's optical with the bidget of 5900 i think, my bill was R4305, only to find out Bonitas can only pay R2759 and i must pay R1546. Where can i get that money when i pay 2400 every months. Dependent 00. I wont be able to pay that money. Where are they taking the balance if is not paying my bill. I want my spectacles.
