I need my Refund

Bonitas Medical Aid Fund debited my account and claimed its for monthly contributions whereas my contributions are paid theough my payroll and they don't want to refund me. Imagine paying your contributions twice for the same month and when I ask them why did they debit from my account they are saying they did not receive my monthly contributions.
