I have been getting the worst treatment from Bonitas ever since I formally resigned from the Medical fund over 6 months ago ,i emigrated and gave them adequate notice n documents end of September 2024 , waitied for grace period ,i have been submitting same documents twice a week since only to be told after 3 to 5 days for the past many months.surely this is deliberate
