I have been battling to get my refund for the past 5 months , this treatment from a corporate of this statue is traumatising , am not sure if this is the way everyone that leaves that medical aid society gets handled , it’s like there never were a service

I have been battling to get my refund for the past 5 months , this treatment from a corporate of this statue is traumatising , am not sure if this is the way everyone that leaves that medical aid society gets handled , it’s like there never were a service provider doing business with me paying them monthly religiously so . I have been send from post to pillar , send documents more than 15 times.
