I had the most wonderful interaction with Luyanda. Having worked in the software customer service industry for 10 years, I truly appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. Luyanda's personal yet professional approach to my situation stood out. Not only did she work efficiently to resolve my issue in minutes, but she also made me feel cared for during a time when I was stressed and unwell. Her ability to empathize and connect with customers makes all the difference. Bonitas should be incredibly proud of her – Luyanda has the qualities of a great leader and would make an excellent trainer.
