Some good feedback! I give credit where its due! I had to complain more than once and wait long however it was worth the wait. Solakhe from Bonitas was my voice when my niece was admitted in to ICU after birth. He helped me through this as it was not my fault as a loyal member. After all the fighting I can say I am at ease and looking to remain with Bonitas as this was handled according to TCF.
