I do not recommend Bonitas for group medical aid
I app**** for a group medical scheme with Bonitas in March. The client and I had issues from the membership not being onboarded for 3 months, to recently, one employee out of 11, having her medical aid cancelled because Bonitas claims they did not receive her payment since May. She is a part of the group and the contributions are bulk contributions. The schemes Consultant is almost never available, the last time she spoke to me on another matter was two months ago, still not resolved.
