I did not sign anything with Bonitas

I did not sign anything with Bonitas so I don’t have a medical aid with Bonitas and now they are billing me for an account that I never had, I had a account with Liberty, and I also did send them a email to cancel my medical aid cause that is what they asked for!! Bonitas also handed me over to ITC and I’m not paying cause I don’t have a medical aid with Bonitas!
