I cancelled and still have to pay

Mr FJ van Tonder cancelled his medical aid because his salary was cut to half of what he gets and I am not working anymore now you still want to deduct money we have been sequestrated aswell December so we don't have that class of money. The account where you deduct is in my name and I have send a letter that I do not give permission for any further deductions!!!!!
