I call Bonitas to query Oncology benefits

I call Bonitas to query Oncology benefits. My call gets picked up relatively quickly. I can here the person on the other end, scratching about..i try get their attention.. Nothing happens. I wait, wait about 15 min..i hear the person yawning and what i assume is stretching in the background. I try get their attention.. NOTHING! Eventually I put down the phone . Bonitas has become a joke to deal with !! And lodging a complaint via Hellopeter doesn't help a bit. My last 3 complaints were not met with the promised call from Bonitas to investigate. They care so little about their Members/ Brokers.
