I am over it.
My troubles with this medical aid seem to be not ending.
Can someone call me because I am tired of waiting for emails that never come.
I have over 3 complaints which are not resolved and they are not even bothering with feedback.
To add on to the ER24 submitted a claim in April and it is still not paid. Now I am getting communication from ER24 to pay a bill of R12000 because my medical aid is not bothered.
