I AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THIS NONESENSE!

I have two of my sisters on the Boncap option and they fall under the 0-R500 bracket. I pay a contribution of R643. Last year when she was emailed regarding her income verification she filled and submitted everything EXCEPT her proof of registration which at the time she was not able to get from the university and we were advised to submit an affidavit stated that she is a student which we did. We have a 3 month bank statement and affidavit from last year and even from early January YET she was defaulted to the highest income bracket regardless! On 25 June R643 was debited from from account and on 27 July R2463 was deducted. Problem is! My sister got an email saying that her membership was suspended as of 1 July 2015 and when i called to asked what the R643 plus the R2463 (A total of R3106) was for they tell me it is for July??? How could i have paid R3106 for July if the membership was suspended!!!! Today she gets another email saying as her income bracket has been corrected and as of September the contribution will be R643 BUT SHE OWES A FURTHER R3106 FOR AUGUST??? I demand that my R3106 fir \July"be refunded or i will reverse the debit order with my bank and move to Discovery"""
