I am missing out on chemo and radiation sessions. My health is at stake.

-Kindly assist me please, as you can see I am a chronic patient and my membership is still suspended. -Is there any way you can split up the remaining amount , or make some sort of payment arrangement because I really don't have any money and I am missing out on radiation sessions. My health is at stake.
